Feeling lost and helpless in World of Warcraft is not a great feeling. Often times, a lot of players get stuck on certain quests because they just don’t know what to do anymore. A good WoW quest guide usually saves them most of the time. A lot of players might not admit it, but they owe their character’s life to a good quest guide.

A quest search will usually ask for the following information from you:

He says:
As if the attacking orcs weren’t enough! Now I have gnoll brutes and mystics prowling along the ridge north of my stable, taking my horses when they stray…

If you can get rid of those gnolls, my horses and I would be very grateful.
Kill 10 Redridge Brutes
Kill 8 Redridge Mystics
Return to Verner Osgood
As Verner describes, you will find the gnolls north of Lakeshire in the hills, where Redridge Brutes (level 17-18) roam laong with Redridge Mystics (level 18-19). Both can drop iron pikes and iron rivets needed to solve The Everstill Bridge, so it might be a good idea to do this quest also. When you have killed the gnolls on your death list, return to Verner Osgood who will say: Thank you for all your help.

Completing this quest will set off another one called Howling in the Hills, a sequel where you need to kill the gnoll leader, Yowler.
